Why schools choose it

One login, three tools

Every account covers the Logbook and Test Prep. Nobody juggles separate sign-ups, and nobody pays twice.

Staff don't use student seats

Plans are sized by students. Instructors and admins have their own allowances on top, so hiring a CFI never costs you a student seat.

Built for how you're inspected

Part 141 reporting judges knowledge and practical tests separately, tracks ground and flight training on their own dates, and never counts an untested category as a failure.

No lock-in, ever

Import your history on day one; export every flight and your whole roster whenever you like. Your records stay yours.

Up and running in an afternoon

No installation, no migration project. Three steps, and we'll do the data import for you if you'd rather.

Common questions

Who is FlightSchool Toolbox for?

Flight schools and training organizations — Part 141 and Part 61 alike. It's sold per school, not per pilot; there is no individual or personal plan.

Do instructors and admins count toward my plan?

No. Plans are sized by student seats. Instructors and admins have their own separate allowances on top, and the owner is never counted.

Can we import our existing logbooks and student records?

Yes. Flights import from ForeFlight, Garmin Pilot, LogTen Pro, Logbook Pro, or any spreadsheet, and student rosters import from CSV or Excel with a preview step. Send us the files and we'll run the import for you.

Can we export our data if we leave?

Always. Every pilot can export their logbook as CSV at any time, and admins can download the full student roster. Exports stay available even if a subscription lapses.

What does the Part 141 reporting cover?

First-attempt pass rates for knowledge tests and practical tests, judged separately as §141.5(d) requires, plus the §141.5(e) count of at least 10 different graduates. Ground and flight training carry their own FAR part and graduation date.

How do students get accounts?

The school creates them. There is no public sign-up on a school's address, so nobody outside your school can create an account or take up one of your seats.
